Concessions and FCC approval in the USA.

Contact your local FCC branch with any questions about concessions and FCC approval. Their web site is www.fcc.gov or they can found in your local phone book in the blue pages in government listings. State by State the law varies in the US so it is always best to check with your local FCC agent.

A copy of the SATELLINE-3AS and SATELLINE-3AS Epic Type Approval certificate is available from your local distributor.

Declarations of Conformity

Declarations of Conformity supersede any national type approvals with in the EU. As of 2000, as long as our products met with Annex IV of R&TTE Directive and the products met test specifications, EN 300 113-1, ETS 300 279 and IEC 60950. SATEL had to notify all local authorities with-in each country of the EU and after 30 days was able to provide our products to all EU countries. Please check with your local authorities if any limitations exist or contact us for further information.
